'checkOnomics' is the combination of the science underpinning innovative technology of data collection and the art of abridged clarity of thought that delivers actionable data to people worldwide who want to get things done. This is achieved through checkOnomics’ system of ‘Lobbies’.  

A checkOnomics’ ‘Lobby’ is a dashboard information tool dedicated to providing news, data, statistics, analysis, comment for your chosen economy, industry, company, market or trend.  The checkOnomics team have pioneered the concept of ‘Lobbies’ as virtual Internet communities which enables us to better serve Users who have specific collective interests. Part of the definition of the term ‘Lobby’, in English, is “a group of persons engaged in trying to influence legislators or other public officials in favor of a specific cause.” Another part of the definition says that a Lobby is “a hall, foyer, or waiting room at or near the entrance to a building.” The checkOnomics team likes the term ‘Lobby’ since it can apply to what we are trying to achieve for our Users with our skills and technology. Therefore, our virtual ‘Lobbies’ are areas where you can enter a world of information about the business area in which you work or make your living (although we don’t intend that you should have to wait in a Lobby too long for anything!).
